14-Day Return Window

We stand behind the quality of our lab diamond jewelry. You may return any non-damaged item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must be:

• Returned within 14 days of delivery date
• In original, unworn condition
• Accompanied by original packaging and documentation
• Free from damage, scratches, or signs of wear

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

• Earrings and ear jewelry
• Custom or personalized pieces
• Items damaged by customer misuse
• Items without original packaging

How to Return

1. Contact Us First: Email our customer service team within the 14-day window
2. Receive Authorization: We'll provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions
3. Package Securely: Use original packaging and include all documentation
4. Ship with Insurance: Use a trackable, insured shipping method

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for different sizes or styles, subject to availability. The 14-day window applies to exchanges as well.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• Original payment method will be credited
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item was defective

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately. We'll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
